The Ohio State University Board of Trustees approved establishing a new structure for the university’s Arts and Sciences academic programs at its June 18 meeting. The new College of Arts and Sciences will include three divisions: arts and humanities, natural and mathematical sciences, and social and behavioral sciences.

The restructuring is aimed at ensuring a unified, effective voice for the Arts and Sciences as the intellectual and academic core of the university.
