Alumni, faculty, staff and students are invited to celebrate our final days in the Drake Performance and Event Center.
At this event, we will celebrate our time in Drake, and alumni, faculty, staff and students will have the opportunity to share memories of studying and making theatre beside the Olentangy River. There will be a short program that begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by more time for everyone to mingle and enjoy refreshments. At 7:55 p.m., attendees will transfer the ghost lights from Drake to the new building in a joyful procession across campus.
At Drake, there will be an opportunity to sign one of the doors to Thurber Theatre as well as a video booth where you can reminisce for a documentary about the building being filmed by Scott Spears, a lecturer in the department.
