Christina Dierkes is the content strategist for The Ohio State University's College of Arts and Sciences, where she leads storytelling efforts that support college reputation, recruitment and community building. As a science writer and communications professional, Christina has worked in both industry and academic settings throughout her career.

Christina received an undergraduate degree in biology from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in journalism from Ohio University. She serves as membership chair for URMA, a professional association for research communicators, and as part of AppSciComm’s organizing committee.
